Hi! My name is Beth, and in case you haven't read the About Me page, I thought I would introduce myself. I'm a 20-something from Australia, studying a Bachelor of Information Technology - the equivalent of Computer Science in most other parts of the world.
Around a year ago, I decided that I wanted to go on exchange - fortunately for me, I can apply to do this through my University. I originally had my heart set on the UK, but that didn't pan out as I had hoped. I then turned my sights to Canada, and settled on Dalhousie University, located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
The idea for this blog was to document my travels, but also to give some explanations about the preparations that went on behind the scenes; exchanges can be lengthy processes!
